Terms of payment
-deposit of 50% of the rental rate
-other 50% of the rental rate plus all extra services are due 45 days before arriving
-transfer costs have to be charged by the tenant
If the tenant annuls the holiday, he is obligated to pay the rental fee as following:
-Less than 2 months before beginning 100%
-2 months before beginning = 75%
-3 months before beginning = 50%
-4 months before beginning = 40%
-6 months before beginning = 30%
-6 and more months before beginning = 20%
